The Festival Days weekend opens with a very popular 48-hour softball tournament. A community parade on Saturday, highlights the weekend celebration. Other events include a craft and commercial show, Kiwanis pancake breakfast, a book sale at the library, a quilt show, a Farmer's Market, a Fun Run/Walk for all ages and soap box derby.
