Many Reasons

Montana living

First of all, this is where my parents raised me. Because my father was in the military at the time of my birth, I wasn't born here, but this is where my mother and several generations of my family on her side are from.

Second, I grew up loving the rugged landscape, the people, the history, the mountains, the prairie, the small towns, the rural areas, and my connection to it all through my family history. I am proud to be the descentant of Butte miners on my Grandpa's side and a rancher or two on my Grandma's. You just can't get anymore Montanan then that have Montana ranchers and miners in your family line. So, I have grown up feeling that deep connection to the land, the people, and the history.

Most importantly, I am a Christian, and I believe that Montana is where God has put me for this time. I believe that it is my duty to go where He leads, but for now, He is allowing me to stay here, and I am very happy.  These are the big reasons that I gladly continue to live here.
