SUMMARY:Downpour Festival -- GREAT FALLS -- August 15th - 16th
LOCATION:Great Falls\, MT
DESCRIPTION:Archived listing. This event listing is from August 2015. Dates
and details change\, so check with the organizer before you go. Downpour
is a home-grown\, Free Christian Music Festival in Great Falls\, Montana.
We are staffed by volunteers\, and our desire is to share the gospel with
non-believers while breaking down church walls and barriers. Downpour is t
he realized idea of two Great Falls area natives\, who still work and live
in the area. It is sponsored locally\, staffed locally\, and locally oper
ated. No one "owns" Downpour Festival. It is a non-profit organization tha
t is operated by three officers\, and an extended advisory council that re
presents numerous churches in Great Falls. It is primarily funded through
churches\, though many businesses and individuals contribute as well. We f
ocus really hard on being a legitimate organization with our own 501c3 des
ignation\, while still offering "at home" access to our staff so that we c
an personally field your questions and consider your ideas.\n\nDistinctly
