  annual free outdoor concert series kicks off with Pinegrass\, a band that
 ’s been playing weekly since 1988. The quartet delivers traditional blue
 grass and a bit of swing\, Dylan\, and whatever else strikes the fancy of 
 the bandmates. Fireworks cap the evening. The Friday music series continue
 s with southern rock by Who Dat\, July 8\; country-rock by Nashville 406\,
  July 15\; and the ever-popular Big Sky Mudflaps\, July 22. Barbecue is se
