rofessional mushers from all over the world converge on West Yellowstone in early January to train their teams at high elevation in preparation for the International Pedigree Stage Stop Sled Dog Race. We organized the “Fun Run” as a warm-up for the IPSSSDR and to give regional mushers a chance to compete against some of the best dog teams in the world. The Open Class will race 35 miles each day and the 6-Dog Class will race 14 miles each day.
