What started out in 2004 on a bar napkin by 2 local residents, and modeled after the one shot antelope hunt in Wyoming, has turned into the largest fundraising event for the Northern Lights Athletic Scholarship Foundation. The Legends for Lights Pheasant Jamboree is a combination of former NFL, NHL, MLB, and other professional legends along with locals and outdoor enthusiast from across the country coming together for a 4 day jamboree that includes trap shooting, pheasant hunting, autograph signing, and of course a little storytelling. Individuals travel from all across the United States to take part in this one of a kind event, some serious huntsman, some just to see old friends and have a good time.
