The annual Creston Auction & Country Fair, Montana’s largest spring event, draws thousands of buyers from Western Montana, Alberta and British Columbia. Now in its 48th year, the event is a fundraiser for the all-volunteer fire department of Creston, a small farming community that boasts some of the richest soil and most beautiful views in North America.
The auction features a wide range of items large and small, from appliances and furniture to automobiles. boats, RV’s and farm equipment. Food and beverage booths, a large craft fair, baked goods and a rummage sale make this event a family favorite.
