The annual Choteau County Country Christmas takes place in early December. The communities of Big Sandy, Fort Benton, Geraldine, Highwood, Loma, and Virgelle have joined forces to coordinate activities and events during the first weekend of December each year. Hopefully, we can encourage people to make Choteau County a destination for the entire weekend. The vision of such an event became a reality over the last several years with much success and enjoyment.
