A traditional Sheridan winter event is the Annual Christmas Stroll. Everyone is invited by the area merchants and Greater Ruby Valley Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture. Some of the most popular events include the hayride with carolers on board. Santa makes his debut for photo opportunities.
There will be bell choirs, Christmas lights, door prizes, free hot chocolate and goodies. The holiday season gets started in an old fashioned tradition.
