VIDEO: Meet Justin Beaver, Who Loves Building Dams Out of Pillows!

When it comes to rescue animals, dogs get all the love.  But what about the beavers?  Sometimes beavers need a little love too. 

Meet Justin Beaver.  He was rescued by a kind woman named Brigitte who works at Second Chance Animal Wildlife Center and now his days are full of fun and hard work.  

Hard work, you ask?  Doing what, you ask?  Why, building dams, of course - building them out of anything that Justin Beaver can find around the house, like lacrosse sticks, bags of garbage, and pillows.  He also takes five baths a day and gets to eat a lot of sweet potatoes, so it's a pretty sweet life for Justin Beaver. 

Justin Beaver, who we hope is one day more famous than his namesake, was orphaned in the summer of 2017 and has been rescued and provided for since then.  In fact, since the filming of this video Justin Beaver has moved into his own place: it's a large pond constructed especially for him by his beloved adopted mother!

As you can see from the video, Justin Beaver is very affectionate, and makes cute little noises when he's hungry, wants to get out of his cage, or greets his mom.  Kind of makes you want to adopt a beaver, doesn't it?
