Billings ushers in the holidays the Friday after Thanksgiving with its 41st annual Holiday Parade downtown, with more than 60 floats decorated on this year's theme, Christmas under the Big Sky, and Santa riding as the finale. Photos with Santa run from 4:30 to 6 p.m. before the parade steps off at 6:30. Parade handouts and candy aren't allowed this year for safety.
