This signature event brings our community together for 10 days to discover and celebrate the pairing of food and wine. Events include: the Farmer's Market featuring local foods, wineries and breweries; themed dinners in private homes and local restaurants featuring local award-winning chefs and regional winemakers & brewers; the Regional Celebrity Chefs, renowned winemakers and special guests introducing new foods and wines to the Flathead Valley; and the Festival of Flavors ends with the Grand Wine Tasting featuring over 200 acclaimed wines and fine food by local restaurants and cateres along with students and faculty of the Culinary Institue of Montana at FVCC.
