Robert Lester (Adventure Filmmaker) is a professional adventure athlete and digital creator from Butte, Montana. He is best known for creating the award-winning 70-minute documentary The Columbia River Canoe Project (2024).
Roadless follows three adventurers as they set out on foot in the Alaskan wilderness. Their goal: to follow the 211-mile length of the proposed Ambler Mining Road. Crossing vast tundra, wild rivers, and pristine forests, the team brings audiences directly into one of the most remote and ecologically intact landscapes in North America.
