This year's Columbus Parade of Lights has a patriotic twist for America's 250th birthday: Stars, Stripes & Christmas Lights. Expect floats that mix Christmas lights with American history, Montana heritage and western holiday traditions.
The parade starts at 6 p.m. at Git's Big Sky Motel and travels Pike Avenue to The Whistle Stop, with Santa riding along with the Columbus Fire Department. To enter a float, contact the Stillwater County Chamber of Commerce.
