Downpour is a home-grown, Free Christian Music Festival in Great Falls, Montana. We are staffed by volunteers, and our desire is to share the gospel with non-believers while breaking down church walls and barriers. Downpour is the realized idea of two Great Falls area natives, who still work and live in the area. It is sponsored locally, staffed locally, and locally operated.
No one "owns" Downpour Festival. It is a non-profit organization that is operated by three officers, and an extended advisory council that represents numerous churches in Great Falls. It is primarily funded through churches, though many businesses and individuals contribute as well.
We focus really hard on being a legitimate organization with our own 501c3 designation, while still offering "at home" access to our staff so that we can personally field your questions and consider your ideas.
